Who is responsible for fulfilling pre-order bonuses in games?
Is it the game developers/sellers or Meta that fulfills the bonuses?
I pre-ordered Hellsweeper and never got the bonuses and more recently I pre-ordered Ghostbusters and have not received the bonuses. I have explained this on the discord channels of the makers of the game. I've pre-ordered many PC games and never had problems getting bonuses. Should I be contacting Meta support?
