I keep trying to pay for a game that my son would like on his headset, he has sent me the request and it says purchase pending.. When I go to complete the payment, it just says 'Your request couldn't be processed' 'There was a problem with this request. We're working on getting it fixed as soon as we can'
I have tried numerous cards on different days, what am I doing wrong?

Yes, it is still an issue, I have tried loads of different cards over the last month and still cannot buy the game..
