Why cant I change the location to where my replacement ships?

my controllers are stuck and i want a replacement and i live in the Netherlands but it wants to ship to Switzerland and i cannot change it can anyone help?

Hey there, @BerrieBuffelMans! I'm not too sure why it's not letting you set your shipping location to the  country you need, but I'm sure @MetaQuestSupport will be able to assist! It may be best to send them a private message if you haven't already done so. If you haven't yet, you can do so by clicking on their name linked above to visit their profile.
