What kind of sense is that? I just don't get it. Oculus has been doing this for long enough to have a better support system than they do. And why no phone number to speak with someone? WTH???

I need suooirt and can't find anything so to see cybereality respond is at least a light at the end of the tunnel. Many times it takes me to install updates from the app and within the gear VR main menu. They constantly stop mid download multiple times. Some finally install but in game I can't even get installed at all. I purchased Vectron Revenge when it first came out for my Galaxy S6 so I'm just trying to install it on my new eight plus and I cannot get the download to finish and actually install
