My oculas quest 2 controller is not working whenever I put in new batteries I know it works because it lights up 3 times but whenever I click a button on the controller it just doesn't work I unpaired it and trying to repair it again but still doesn't work I have hit my walls sometimes but I've hit my right controller more and still works I was playing a game and then it just automatically did not work
Hi there, Nicolasb85! We know how frustrating it can be when our controllers don't work properly. We appreciate you letting us know that you've tried unpairing and repairing already. To continue troubleshooting, we suggest taking out the battery for at least 30 minutes so that it can reset.
If that doesn't correct your issue, please ensure the Cloud Backup feature is enabled and perform a Factory Reset.
