Hello, I am having issues with my 2 Meta Quest Pro Controllers blinking white and not pairing to my headset. Even after factory resetting the controllers. I don’t know if I made the wrong mistake buying these controllers or dropping them on my carpet once by accident. I need help

@Whodisagain Did you drop both controllers on the carpet? Have you deleted any other controllers that may be paired to your headset in the mobile app. If you 've gone through the following setup procedures and they still don't work, it may be advisable to return them.

This solved it for me with Quest3 (v74) with these additional steps:
1. Unpair previous controllers in mobile app.
2. Remove batteries from previous controllers (noticed in the headset that they kept showing up and giving the low battery warning, so figured no power no connection)
3. Factory reset Pro controllers one by one by turning them on while pressing A+Meta and X+Menu until it blinked red. Wait 2 minutes or more. Then made sure the controllers were turned OFF. (To have clean start.)
4. Turn on Pro controllers.
5. Go to the app and start pairing the right controller
6. When the app told me to press A+Meta I did and the controller finally started blinking white and blue
7. Waited approx a minute and controller paired, started blinking white or something and in the headset it said controller updating, so I put it down on a flat surface.
8. In the app I had to go back with the back button and then reenter the controllers menu select pair controller and pair left pro controller
9. Pressed the Y+Menu buttons until it started blinking white and blue
10. Controller paired and started updating, so I put it on a flat surface.
When they are not tracking it is enough to turn the wifi off then back on in the headset, for me at least, you might need to restart it.
Before this method my right controller instantly exited pairing mode and went back to indefinetly blinking white slowly.
