Since losing my Oculus Go controller I have been desperately trying to locate the Controller menu option on my phone's Oculus app so that I can buy a new compatible controller to pair my headset with. I select my connected headset in the app on my phone and the only option I get is to Pair New Headset which takes me to the steps to pair my headset with a Go controller which I no longer have. I can't buy a replacement Go controller anywhere and the Oculus website says it is unavailable. Please can someone help explain how I get the Controller option to appear so I can access the required Pair New Controller. When I know I can access this then I will buy a new controller to pair up. Thanks in advance.
Thanks for responding but there seem to be YouTube videos showing me how to pair the Go with different compatible blue tooth controllers. They clearly show a Controller menu option once you select the headset. It seems to be a problem with the Oculus app not showing the Controller menu option.
Hi singletonamos50. I don't want to try an Oculus Go from eBay that would set me back nearly the amount I paid for the whole headset and controller purchase when I could buy a compatible one for a third of the cost. The problem as mentioned above is that the app doesn't allow me to do that but the vids show it should be possible. Thanks for responding anyway.
