Wi-Fi problems Quest 3

Hello everyone!! The problem I have on my quest 3 is already known by meta, as I searched up the web for solutions, I found an oficial article of Meta named “Wi-Fi problems”. On a paragraph it said, “if you have internet connection problems it may be because you are using a Wi-Fi that requieres login, such as the ones in hotel's”

I have tried millions of times to connect with my hotel Wi-Fi, but I just can’t login!! Is it any way to connect with my hotel Wi-Fi? (sorry for my bad English)

  • First, let's do a power cycle on your device by holding the power button for 30 seconds.
  • Next, try accessing the Captive portal, which is the screen where you log in to access the Wi-fi.
  • Once you're on the Captive portal, try accessing any web page on your browser.

Hi there, I am not able to use the captive portal at all. I am on meta quest for business, and when the portal comes up it says "you have to have wifi connection to access this webpage... but it is the login portal that will give me wifi access. How can I fix this?

To best support the issue you are encountering, we ask that you please work with the admin of your company’s Quest for Business account, or your internal IT help desk. They can open a ticket with the correct support team by reaching out here https://work.meta.com/admin/direct_support

Would be awesome if you guys fixed the Captive portal issue. That access another web site to bring up the portal doesn't always work.
