I'm the primary user on our Oculus headset. My wife has her own profile. We both use Supernatural Fitness. Recently, she logged out of her Supernatural mobile app and now when she tries to log back in, it rejects her email address saying it's already active.
If she just starts Supernatural in the headset while logged onto her headset profile, Supernatural will start but doesn't seem to realize we're already paid. Instead if giving her a way to sign in, it offers her the various plans to sign up for. The app works fine for me when on my headset profile.
She's not happy. Help, please.

We have been having the exact same problem for 7 months or so now and no one at Supernatural has responded to our repeated requests for help! I had to start working out under my husbands profile!!
