Wife's Account Locked Out

My wife's account, which we set up to let our then-10 yr old use a Quest before child accounts existed, is suspended.  We never received a notification or warning, and there's no way to appeal.  We're 99.44% sure our kiddo didn't do anything innappropriate (it's possible...willing to hear it if there's evidence and would want to know), but for the moment we have a useless Quest until we can get my wife's account unlocked.  Please contact me to resolve the issue.

  • Trying to log in with her Meta credentials: we get a blocked notice and some boilerplate about community standards.
  • Trying to log in with her Facebook credentials: we get an error message, but nothing about suspension or community standards.
  • Trying to use the Meta help page: we get an infinite do loop since there's no way to message anyone.

Once we're back in we'd like to use the new parental control features.  Thank you!
