Hi there. Like a lot of Quest 3 users on this forum and on Reddit, I too have problems with my Quest 3 disconnecting from the wifi every 15 to 20 minutes or so. I was hoping that the last three firmware updates would help. Meta had said that v67 has helped with this, but I'm still disconnecting. It's really frustrating when playing a game or while on the Bigscreen app.
I've tried everything in addition to the new firmware updates - I've changed between ipv4 and ipv6 on my router, and I've erased the Quest OS and reinstalled everything multiple times. I've also rebooted my CenturyLink modem/router a couple of times. Nothing works.
Is there anyone - including Meta support - that has any ideas on what to do now? Or is it possible that my headset is faulty and needs to be exchanged. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hey there, @Vinman123456! We definitely want for you to enjoy your time in VR, and that can be hard with constant network disconnects! We would recommend trying the following troubleshooting if you have not yet:
Hopefully those get things working for you once more.

Thanks for the response. I've tried before all of the suggestions you mentioned. I have rebooted the headset countless times, I've tried both my 2.4 ghz and 5 ghz bands on my router and as I mentioned before, I've done a factory reset a couple of times, and nothing works. I do have a third-party headstrap/battery pack hooked up to my Quest 3, but the wifi disconnects started to occur long after I put the headstrap on. I don't have another network in the home to try connecting to. Perhaps I can try connecting it to my phone via a hotspot to see if the problem persists, but that's the only other network I can try it with.

I can't seem to send a private message to you anymore. I get some HTML error and then an error message saying I've hit my limit of private messages.. How can I contact you?

I'm still having problems trying to communicate with direct messages. Still get the errors despite clearing out cookies. I just sent an email to your support team. I'm still having problems with my quest 3 disconnecting from wifi every 5 or 10 minutes despite trying all of your solutions. Now I'm having troubles just trying to send messages to support. Sigh.

There was no change when removing my head strap. Still disconnecting.
Sorry, I have not connected to my phone's hotspot yet. I'll try tomorrow (Wednesday)
Yes, I'm trying to message you with Firefox (latest version) on my desktop PC.
I don't think I went through Report a Problem, but I didn't send a message through the customer support's portal. That worked ok. It's trying to send a private message via the community forums and by clicking on Meta's profile that I get the error messages.
