Hi @polozmrd.udatny. We appreciate you letting us know about the issues you are experiencing. We are happy to dive deeper into things for you, and to do so, we would need to ask for a little bit more detail. Please let us know about the following:

  • What issue are you having while using/try to use the Air Link?
  • When did this start, or were there any recent changes prior to the issue starting?
  • Are the graphics card drivers and USB drivers all up-to-date?
  • Can you confirm your PC is compatible here?
  • Are you able to try a different PC?
  • Have you updated the headset?

Once we hear back from you, we can proceed forward with assisting you towards a possible resolution. We appreciate your time and look forward to hearing back from you soon.

I'm having a similar issue.  Is it required to connect the PC using ethernet cable?  Thats not exactly a wireless connection IMO. Quite frustrating.  That should be and option not a requirement.  You should really put that out there so that when purchasing a 1200$ gaming computer I purchase a router as well.  I'm quite frustrated with this issue.  I've got everything i need except for a router.

Hey there @Alfabet77! We know how passionate our community is about a cable-free PCVR experience, so we'd love to help you! If you're desiring to use Air Link, a wireless network is required. However, our Quest headsets also have a USB-C port intended for use with a compatible Link Cable for wired use!

We have some great public articles for setting up wired Meta Quest Link or wireless Air Link! We also encourage you to check our Quest Link requirements before purchasing any PC for VR!
