Wifi works on other devices but not my quest 3

Hello. I just got a meta quest 3 and somehow after factory resetting 3 times and connecting to hotspots, no internet will connect to my headset. It always says that it's connected but isn't able to provide internet. If anyone can help me out, it'd be much appreciated

Oh no @SquiddyPineapple! We understand you are having some connectivity issues with your Quest 3. That's not what we like to hear. We want to ensure all of our customers have nothing less than a wonderful VR experience, and we would love to help you get this resolved. To better support you and resolve any potential network or connectivity issues, we would like to provide you with access to a free troubleshooting tool called "RouteThis Helps." We've partnered with RouteThis to provide a diagnostic tool that helps determine if there is any interference in your network that could be affecting your Meta Quest experience.

 

Accessing and using the RouteThis Helps App:


1. To download the RouteThis Helps app, open the web browser on your mobile device and navigate to iOS or Android.
2. Open the app and enter your access code: FBRL
3. With your mobile device in hand, stand close to your Meta Quest or Portal device and click network scan.
4. Follow the prompts on your screen to run a 2-minute network scan (do not close or leave the app while the scan is running).
5. Once the scan is complete, click on Improve Facebook Device Performance and follow the steps to improve your network.

 

If you need further assistance with the app or the steps did not resolve the issue, please reply back. If possible, provide your RouteThis Helps Key as well (located on the top right corner of the app) so we can look into this further for you. ​
