Will I ever get a controller back?

The right controller came with issue the moment I opened the box. I had to reset it several times to finally get it to work. Then it kept disconnecting so I got an RMA issued. Oculus sent an email confirmed that they got my RMA on July 23rd and that it'll only take 2-3 business days to investigate and let me know know what's going on. 10 business days later. No proactive communication to let me know any sort of update. No explanation on what was wrong. One of my support tickets was closed without any acknowledgment. Finally I'm told that not only does the warehouse not have a right controller to ship to me, logistics team have no idea when will one even become available. Is this typical for oculus? This whole thing feels like a scam. How could you not know an eta of your next shipment? And if I didn't follow up, at what point was I going to be notified that I'm not getting anything any time soon

My controller broke 3 weeks ago when it would lose battery power after a few seconds. After going back and forth with support to verify it was actually a controller problem (which was obvious from the start), they then took a few days to "research" the problem before issuing an RMA. They received the broken controller 3 days later and now 10 days after, that, no sign of a replacement being shipped. They "apolgize" and "understand my frustration", but they still have no idea when they can ship a replacement controller. Now my left controller needs to be replaced (loses tracking) and I'm sure it will be another month until that comes back. I suspect this is all deliberate to get people to buy new parts, rather than honor the warranty.

Soooo many one post wonder problems, lol!  Never too sure about some of these although I’m sure some are valid.

I'm in the same boat. Received on July 28th, still no sign of controller being sent. I had to RMA both the Left and Right and last week I received an invoice for the left, but nothing for the right yet...
