So I had to factory reset my oculus for a different problem and I can’t pair it back because it already paired and won’t help me sign in so I’m afraid I might have to delete my account. My question is if I delete my current account can I make a new account and connect to my meta quest 2?

Hey @angrymac28! Firstly I'd like to welcome you to the forums, hopefully after we get you all sorted out you can stick around and join the community. I noticed you're having issues reconnecting to your device. Although deleting your account could be a solution, it would take 30 days to completely delete it and you would lose all your purchases. If you haven't already, try doing a factory reset directly from the headset instead of the phone app. You can find the instructions on how to do that here.
