Will new customers that have just bought Oculus Rift, be advised of delivery fees?

Will new customers that have just bought Oculus Rift, be advised of delivery fees, prior to the money being taken from their accounts?
I want to know FULL price of the Oculus rift I have bought directly from oculus.com.
I need to know the delivery fees to my home address in Australia. I want to know the COMPLETE AND TOTAL END PRICE.
Also, I want to know a delivery date, or at least an accurate estimation of such. If this information is not given, I will be cancelling my order. Customers must be made aware of the complete price that they are committing to. I expected this information to be included in the invoice straight after it was purchased.

Pretty sure there are no fees any more. I wasn't charged any to Canada.

There are no shipping costs.. Also, you can demand it, but you wont get it. If you ordered earlier, you'll be at the back of the queue and you will get it, when people who ordered before you, have gotten theres.

The price shown on the store is the all-in price that you will be paying.

Since they don't take payment until the item ships, you won't get your invoice until they charge you and ship your item.

Since they are in a back-order situation with inventory, you won't get an accurate shipping estimate. Plan on it taking a couple weeks to ship, and if it hasn't shipped by then, plan on waiting a little longer. If it ships earlier than that, you can be pleasantly surprised.

Go back to the Oculus home page (where it says $449 USD*).
That little asterix means something....
Scroll down to the bottom of the page, just after the last pictures, it says..........

*Price shown is for delivery to Australia (click here to change your delivery-to country). Applicable tax and delivery costs
to be listed prior to checkout based on information you provide.

That's the full cost, but you will get it when you get it.

Don't pretend this is about "new customers". This is about you. "Will I be advised of delivery fees?" should be the topic title.

That's EXACTLY what it means.

Never heard of customs/import fees with Oculus so you don't need to be concerned there.
Correct me if I am wrong, they have warehouses all around the world. When I'd order a Rift, say in Germany or in Spain, it won't be shipped from the US but comes from some warehouse, maybe in Germany or the Netherlands. No customs.
