Won’t pair with phone/meta horizon

I’ve tried all the suggested tips, even did a factory reset (three times) every time I try to pair phone with headset it just goes to a “oops something went wrong.” And I have to exit out of the entire app. 500 dollars for a headache. Awesome.

Same issue here with the one we gave our son for his birthday tonight. Absolutely awesome having an 11 year old go from excited to absolutely let down that he can’t do a thing with his only birthday present. 

So I found one of your suggestions which was to “clear your Bluetooth cache.” That seemed to have fixed the issue. I’m now connected and my son is super happy! Thank you guys. 🤘

I just fixed the same issue, I cleared my Bluetooth cache and for some reason that solved the issue . If you have an iPhone just go in and forget most of your devices. (I had almost 20 in my cache)
