I created my Workrooms on my Windows PC. I installed the Oculus Remote Desktop app on both my Windows 11 laptop and Windows 10 PC. I am able to log into both desktop applications without any issues and able to log into the Oculus Quest 2 Horizon Workroom application. Even though all of my devices are on the same network, my headset does not appear as a device in either desktop application. My desktop app is v1.0.

this post is garbadge, you not even addressing the issue, everyone is having the same issue is very OBVIOS that we need to download the remote dasktop app, the point is that IS NOT WORKING there for the pictures.
by the way i have the same problem

Same issue, it was working 1-2 days ago. At the moment I'm logged in in quest 3 and PC app but they do not connect at all.
help!!!

Yeah, this product support seems pretty amateur, the Oculus/Meta/Quest realm doesn't seem like a winner in this space at all.
