I’ve been directed to 10 different people via email to resolve software issues and no one has been able to resolve the problem. Just received another email today advising that yet another person would be contacting me “via email”. How long will it take and how many support people does it take to get some support?? Maybe there is no support and they just want you to get so frustrated that you just give up!! And why not, they have your money. When I ask about returning the device for a refund they just ignore the question. Worst customer service ever!!!!
