In October 2023, I bought the headset Quest 3 and after less than 6 months it stopped working. I contacted the support and they offered me to replace it. However they never told me that the replacement was a refurbished oneand I discovered that when I received at home. I think this is an awful policy from Meta and I am not sure if this even legal in Europe. But this is not the end, recently I wanted to test quest+ using the 1 month free trial however I could not get it because the device is refurbished. Does it make any sense?
