It must be nice to get support from Oculus. I wrote the most detailed explanation of my issues, all the troubleshooting I have done, one week of logs, etc., just to get a reply a month later saying, "Upon taking a brief look into the log file provided, I see your AMD drivers needs to be updated,

Well, I got great support just a few days ago. In fact this is what I wrote to the person at Oculus Support who helped me:
"PS. I know some customers are giving Oculus Support a tough time, and at some point I too was really annoyed being so incredibly sure V13 was to blame (and other users reproduced the error) - but I think you did the most awesome job here - you even tried the CV1 to reproduce the error. I certainly could not ask for more - thank you!"
