Dear Meta Quest Support community,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to seek assistance with an issue I've encountered with my new Meta Quest 3 headset. Upon purchasing the device, I was delighted to learn about the inclusion of a complimentary game offer. However, I've run into a challenge in accessing this offer.
After setting up my headset and logging into my account, I noticed that the free game, titled "Wrath", which was supposed to be included with the purchase, is not appearing as free on my account. Instead, it is currently listed at its full price of $60. This has been quite perplexing, as I was looking forward to enjoying this game as part of my new Meta Quest 3 experience.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Could you please advise on how to access the free game that was supposed to be included with my purchase? I am eager to fully enjoy all the features and offers that come with my Meta Quest 3.

A day or 2 after setting up my Quest 3 I got an email saying 'claim your asgards wraith 2 award now' I believe I did get a notification within the device too.
The game itself doesn't release until the 15th anyway.

Thanks for helping, I did receive the email but my challenge is I had to change the account which I used to setup quest 3 originally. I haven’t claimed the game on the first ID, it’s still unclaimed and I want to claim in my other account.

Ah ok. The problem is that the serial number of your headset will now have a claim against it for that game. If you contact metaquestsupport they may be able to close that other account and amalgamate your games into your main account.
Its worth a try for sure, fingers crossed, I'll tag @MetaQuestSupport and see if they can do it here for you

Please help me get the game as well. I have clicked on "your free app is ready to redeem" several times. I don't have a code to enter. I am frustrated as I don't want to go past the upcoming date that will not allow me to redeem this game with my new Meta Quest 3. Thank you.
