So i joined up to my companys Facebook/insta Page on meta so i could help manage the social media and it changed my DOB to the Person who set it up and it now wont let me change it back after multiple attempts. I tried removing myself from the company page, and waiting, and still no joy. Please help, im not 63!!! Im only just about to turn 31, help a girl out!
Hi, Yes I have tried this MULTIPLE times and it denies me everytime stating I have changed it too many times. Fact is, I haven’t changed it since I’ve had Facebook many years ago, META changed it when I joined the business page. Please can technical override this so I can get back to my original DOB I can provide proof of this.
