Wrong time zone

I factory reset my oculus quest 2 with the headset and it shows the wrong time. It does not show the year 2037 for me, instead of showing the normal time, it show one day and a couple hours ahead.

Hey there, Xanderhasan! We don't like to see our users having this kind of issue with their headsets. We know how important it is to get this issue sorted out. Not to worry. We have a few steps for you to follow to get everything back to normal.
 

  • Open the Oculus Mobile App.
  • Select "Menu."
  • Tap on "Devices."
  • Connect your headset to the mobile app.
  • Wait 5 minutes.
  • Reboot the headset.
