I am trying to get a new pin t be able to make purchases online and it all seems well until I click save for the new pin then the message. Something went wrong. The link to this page is incorrect, or it may have been copy-pasted incorrectly. Comes up please help me fix this this has been going on for a while

Hey there, @gls.974918! We would love to help you get a new pin for your Meta account so that you can make purchases. We want you to be able to enjoy all the things the Quest offers you and have the best experience. We understand that you are having a hard time getting a new pin. Here is a link to steps on how to create a new pin. The steps below will also help you create a new pin for your Meta account using your Meta app.

 

If you forgot your PIN, you can request an email with a link in it to reset your PIN using the Meta Quest mobile app or the Meta Quest website.

Check your spam or junk folders for an email from notification@email.meta.com if you don't see the reset link in your inbox.

 

To reset your PIN using the Meta Quest mobile app:

  1. Open the Meta Quest mobile app on your device.
  2. Tap Menu in the bottom right
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Tap Reset Meta Quest PIN.
  5. Tap Forgot PIN?, then tap Request PIN Reset.
  6. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your PIN.
