Yes, the Oculus store is currently having issues

The store is having problems for many (all? I haven't tried buying anything) people, Oculus is working on it.

Yea same here tried to buy on phone quest and oculus on pc

I can't buy games at all through the quest 2 headset itself, the app on my phone, nor the website. I can download free games and software but cannot purchase store items. I am at a lost

yes. I have everything including a pin number. I tried buying virtual desktop on the app nothing. Tried through the headset, nothing. Tried on a web browser still nothing. Must be an account issue

Could be a temporary Oculus server problem.  This happens once in a while.  Just try again later.

it says your bank needs more information, please continue on the oculus webstore.

but i cannot login with my oculus account on the webstore so i cannot use it. i dont want a facebook account for obvious reasons.

please help me, my bank does not care as i can buy everywhere else without problems.

ok it somehow logged in now but now i get:
