I have already bought several games over the week.  I went to buy a game today and it tells me "Request temporarily not completed.  Try again later.  Has anyone been running into this?  How do I fix this.  I had no issue buying games last night.  Today, it won't let me purchase any games.

I thought it was just me.  I've been trying to purchase a game for hours now.  I've beaten the ones I have.  I guess its back to Rec Room then.

i'm in the same boat dude, i only bought the quest 2 and tried purchasing from the store earlier and it worked fine, now i can't purchase anything from the store or in the app on desktop too keeps saying purhase failed there has been a temporary issue ,i hope this a regular issue because i haven't changed anything at all.

I have also been hitting this issue. I've tried a credit card and paypal account and it's still not letting me purchase anything. I've been able to download free content but this was going to be my first game purchase since getting the quest 2 a couple days ago. I submitted a ticket so hopefully I'll hear back about what's going on soon 😞

Looks like this is a widespread issue. I thought it was because I was trying to purchase something i previously refunded.

also tried to purchase through the mobile app and headset, didn't work. just tried the PC web store and got this error code
GraphQL server responded with error 2078011

Yeah looks like it's just a temporary issue. Bummer. Hopefully they sort it out soon.

Regarding the payment issue in purchasing games. Our team already a technical issue and our engineers are working to resolve it the soonest. I would advise to monitor the site/app for any changes.

Ah yeah. Okay, so it's not unique to me and there's an issue with the store.

Same here, was able to purchase fine but today it fails on both Quest 2 and Android Oculus. I relinked my PayPal account and still doesn't work.
