Yet another casting complaint.

Time for yet another complaint about the ongoing failure of Meta to address casting issues. When I got my headset, it had no issues whatsoever casting to my Vizio smart TV's built in Chromecast. Then there was the switch to Meta. Then an update that killed my ability to cast. I was patient, I waited for another update, hoping the issue would be addressed. Nope. So the situation is as follows: Current firmware in my headset, current firmware in my TV. Brand new router that both are connected to. Factory reset of my unit, and yet my casting functionality is still absent. If they can't address this issue on their current hardware, why would anyone want to trust them to get new hardware right? If anyone has any ideas beyond router/wi-fi reset, firmware updates, and factory resets, I'd love to hear them.
