I have set my Instagram account to allow everyone to send me direct messages, including people who do not follow me. However, recently I have noticed that only users who follow me can send me messages. Messages from non-followers are not being delivered, and I cannot find them in my message requests either.Could you please help me resolve this issue? I would like to receive direct messages from all users, not just my followers.Thank you for your assistance.Best regards,

Please we need help with this, this is very bad for business owners, if a customer reaches out, and they have their account set to “not receive messages from account that THEY follow”, unless we follow them and hope they follow us back, we won’t be able to see the message, please fix this, and maybe change the option to where if they reach out to someone, that someone can at least respond back, I don’t understand the point of this feature Instagram! Please fix this for us, we are losing contact with our customers because of this.
