I've used my Quest 3s to stream to YouTube for a while and there's always been a box that pops up where you can see the YouTube chat while in game.
These last two days I've tried to use it the same way I normally do, but the chat box doesn't appear at all over gameplay. I've tried toggling the orientation (top, bottom, left, right), and turning it off and on to no avail. Even factory reset my headset and the issue persists.
I'm experiencing the same thing. It used to show where I set it up or down but, today it is not showing the pop-up. The chat shows in the initial window but that disappears once I go into VR
Even though there is no pop-up now, I can use the multimodal feature that allows you to have another window open to another place included in the VR space.
I have the same issue. I have to click in the menu button to bring up the chat. It won't even let me sign into the chat but I can view it by viewing my channel. I think the first time I tried it it actually worked and it never worked after that so I'm not sure what's going on with it. Oddly enough it only worked when I wasn't streaming but anytime I was streaming it won't just pop up where I needed to be.
Mine appears to be working again since yesterday. Maybe trying to do an update for your quest headset?
