Your Elite strap with battery is eligible for a replacement at no cost, but form is wrong region!

Hello,

As the title says, my elite strap is eligible for replacement, but after entering the serial I get a form which is stuck on the region of Switzerland. Yet I don't live there. Maybe regions are encoded in the serials, but I've bought my strap online so it *might* have come from Switzerland. However I don't life their! This stops me from entering my actual delivery information.

note: here in the EU lots of people who use online purchases, can buy stuff from anywhere - and on launch this was the last place I could buy the strap, (local web-stores where out) please reevaluate what your doing!

Can somebody at Meta please respond and tell me what to do?

You probably are best to contact meta support and see if they can help sort this out.  This is just a user forum so please don't expect meta support to reply here.  Good luck sorting this out mate and cheers.

Hi, I have the same Problem! (Germany) Postcode is wrong because Switzerland 😄

Thanks for your tip. The link you provided does give an option to navigate to this forum. That's actually how i got here! 🙂 But after taking an other look, i've found a email form. So, filled that out and will see how they respond, and I will follow up on that. Thanks for your tip!

Same issue here, Switzerland too. And via support I need to do the annoying replacement process of waiting for shipping label, shipping it back, waiting 2 weeks... 😵💫

So after contacting Meta, they just asked my information and with that started the replacement procedure. A new strap is being send to me as we speak. So @TomCgcmfc gave the correct suggestion and I would encourage anyone with similar problems to do the same.
