hello ,
so i've been facing this exact error for about a week now . i did contact the support they said we will contact you by email but all they said was " try in incognito mode " i did and replied back and then another mail came back if you don't reply we will assume you problem is solved . i did reply again and nothing happened . i talked to support 2 or 3 time but they kept asking the same questions , are you using vpn are you doing this that .... .
so what am i supposed to do? i just want to buy a game "ghosts of tabor " and i should wait this long to get my problem fixed ?
isn't there a way for support to add the game for me and reduce my credit ?
more info :
i tried adding payment methods and failed .
i am trying to buy it with my meta account credit .
i did try it with multiple IPs , devices , pc , phone and even the headset itself and all gave me the same error .
