I'm trying to add my kids to the Oculus 2 we just got, and when I get to the verification that I'm an adult, by adding in my CC info. I select Canada as country, and it's asking for a ZIP Code.
I'm not sure what to tell Meta, but Canada isn't in the USA, and we have Postal Codes. Those consist of Letters and Numbers.
How do I get past this?

Hi there, issue is resolved. However, just as an FYI, when doing the steps above (and what had prompted this thread) on a phone, the ZIP Code oly brings up a number pad. Not the keyboard. This is what was causing the issues. I couldn't add the letters because I wasn't given my keyboard.
However, roughly 5.5 hours after I created this post, Meta decided to send me a threatening email because clearly, I could not create my kids accounts and had requested help that hadn't yet been responded to, so threats of account suspension are in order because I'd like my kids to be able to play on their new xmas gift, not wait days for Meta to get back to me.
The good thing about that threatening email to a new customer, is that I was provided a link that I could use on my computer, where I could use my keyboard to add my Postal Code.
Anyways, appreciate your assistance. This is resolved, but your solution wasn't what fixed it sadly. Not sure how to close this.

Hi there, @MisterArathi! Congratulations on your recent purchase of our Quest 2 headset, and welcome to our VR community! We would like to provide some information on Parent-Managed Meta Accounts. As for the zip code or postal code for your credit card information, you will want to enter the postal code for your address. The system should recognize it; however, if you receive an error message, please do not hesitate to send us a PM with a screenshot of the error message, as this will help us ensure we are on the same page and be able to provide the proper troubleshooting steps to take next.
To send us a PM, please select our name to get to our profile page, or click here. Next, click "Send a Message" to privately message us! Please remember, you must be signed into the community first to send us a private message.

This is pretty silly that this was released without Canadians being able to enter a postal code (which contain letters) since we don’t have zip codes. That said, there’s a fairly easy workaround. In a separate app like Notes on an iPhone you can type in your postal code with the letters. Then highlight it, and copy it to the clipboard. Go back to your browser where it’s asking for a zip code and paste in your postal code. The UI will accept the letters when you paste like that, and you can then continue.
