For my nephew's birthday we ordered a pair of prescription lenses from Zenni for the Quest 3S. He only started using them a week or so ago and they are terrible. He can barely see in them and the lense is so thick it touches his eye.
We reached out to Zenni and since it was more than 14 days (this was a present, so was beyond 14 days when he opened) they refuse a refund.
Has anyone else encountered this? Considering they're the officially promoted lenses for the Quest you would expect both better suitability, but also a bit more receptiveness to customer service. They do offer store credit, but why on earth would we be interested in buying a second pair considering how unsuitable these are.
