No help from the 17 different customer service agents I've been passed along to. English is their second d language, which is fine, but they have zero understanding of what I'm trying to tell them. Lost out on my 50 dollar store credit from buying my first vr headset on sale I just got some days ago, but they think because I said SALE, I must mean black friday for some reason? And refuse to help me bc, it's obviously not black friday. Are there intelligent service reps I can speak to?
@Worchestershiresauce Sounds like a bit of miscommunication. I'm not aware of the deal with a $50 store credit offer but you should have just provided a link to the offer (offer, not a sale) and made sure you were eligible for this. This together with your receipt should have been enough.
I suggest you contact them again providing this information. You are probably best to just reply to your original support email rather than starting another ticket, otherwise this can cause furter delays. You might also want to try using the Chat support option because this can oftern get things resolved a little quicker. Good luck mate and cheers.

Every walmart in existence is running this special. Tons of online articles about this, why do I as a customer know more tha you? I did all you suggested, whe I told agents this was not a black Friday deal but a sale happening right now they quit speaking to me. Was also told my serial number could not be found...on a brand new device, just purchased, activated, games bought and played on device. Account linked to it, debit card....poor customer service from someone in a call center who can only read from a manual. Cheated put of 100 dollars by complete ineptitude. Has soured My whole experience, wish I'd never spent my hard earned money on this
@Worchestershiresauce Looks like a Walmart only offer that gives you $50 store credit only at Walmart. Sounds like you expect all other stores, including the meta store to honor this as well. Good luck with that mate, lol!
