Zip Code on Payment Method Error

Level 2

I am trying to add a payment method but it’s telling me I am entering an invalid zip code, which is not correct. I have tried from both app and Oculus 2. Neither work.

Hey there! We'd love to look into this with you so we can put these payment method issues to rest. We have some steps for you to try:

  • Make sure you've recently made a successful online purchase from a US merchant with this payment method
  • Check to see if the financial institution placed any restrictions
  • Try another network connection type
  • Try another network location
  • Try different combinations of the area/zip code
  • Restart the device
  • Try another payment method
