so um i used to have an account called lustickpuppy And my account got suspended for being underage which it isn't. I don't know why but They just suspended it and I can't get it back So I really need help cuz whenever I try and contact somebody It doesn't work. It just gives me the Saying oh your account is suspended. You need to. Contact somebody from Meta to help you. And I don't know what to do cuz my parents have tried helping me but I it doesn't work. So if anybody from the Meta team sees this, can I please get some assistance cuz I can prove that I'm not like below the age. I'm not supposed to be like I don't know maybe a visa card or burst certificate cuz when I first tried it said oh it's incor. It in good lighting which I did do but It didn't work and sorry if this looks like a bunch of like jumbled words I'm using the text to speech thing on VR so it doesn't look the best right now. Because my account I think it first got suspended in I think around may I believe and then I didn't pay attention to my notifications cuz I didn't even know cuz. I barely went on my VR around that time I kinda stopped And then all of a sudden the day I came back I was like oh I wanna play VR But my account was suspended so I can't do anything now. So if anybody from the butted team sees this, please email me so I can get my account back. I don't know where I have to do exactly but it would be really helpful cuz When I first tried to do it, it didn't work. Can I get support from like? Actual person, please. Please and thank you.

Let me also reword this better, When I tried to like appeal it said “this account is suspended contact meta to get it reinstated” which I was TRYING to login to my account to appeal and get it reinstated but it wouldn’t let me because only that would pop up and I just had to click “okay” I have this second account because i genuinely do not know what to do.
I don’t understand why they think im underage exactly?? But I’d like to have my account back so I can actually play.

I was able to appeal BEFORE but now I can’t? Or at least find the page for it. There was a list of ways you could verify your account. I tried my VISA card but that didn’t work. Tried my birth certificate and that also didn’t work. Because all the other things in the list I did not have.
Ive gotten my parents involved in this to try and help prove I’m not underage like 10 or under but we or I do not genuinely do not know what to do anymore.
if anyone from Meta sees this I hope this looks better in a summary with the issues I’ve had with verification?

Having the same issue. But in my case, I’m clueless of the reason for suspension. Can’t see and link that will direct me to the “human” meta support. 😔 Please help. It’s getting frustrating already. 😔
