META keeps sending emails to verify age and account will be suspended.  I created  following all steps a child account for my daughter and linked to the same headset. But mails keep going on and account will be suspended. After mailing META support and 4 different persons no solution. They keep asking to send an ID.  It feels like SCAM ?!

Anyway, I tried then to upload ID but then error messages for pixels. Took with  a recent IPHONE and scanned at work in colors.... upload not accepted.

Does anyone has experience META is asking picture from your ID ?

I’ve been getting the same email! I don’t know how to verify what they are asking for. I don’t want my son’s oculus to be shut off!

if you let your son make his own facebook account or meta detected that he is under 13, then he could be rightfully suspended. to use any of meta's services, you have to be 13 or older.

Same here. Received two e-mails already asking to verify age. I've sent ID at the first request (on smartphone). Now I get another e-mail asking to verify age but when I select upload ID I get a blank page without any explanation. Also in account settings (https://accountscenter.meta.com/info_and_permissions), when I go to View your information, it takes me to a new login page that doesn't even accept my current password (and changing it doesn't work either)?? The whole system seems broken and hugely frustrating experience...
