accounts broken

well we wanted to chance the onwer of the quest 3 in the process of doing that we did a factroy reset and  disconected all the account we had with the vr  so we could add the acc we wanted. but that did not work 

now are vr is broken we can acces everthing but there is no acc on the vr it just saying owner and nothing else

when i want to add a account it says it not avilble and such. so is there anyone who could help to fix this so we can have a account on the fr

• Have you logged out of the previous Meta account on your mobile app before attempting to setup the headset after the factory reset?
