i have installed the pc app (windows 11) and enabled airlink on my headset when I click pair inside of my quest it says unable to pair so i restarted both my pc and headset and I get the same result I have factory reset my headset and re installed the pc app and nothing seems to work

If you are, I would recommend checking out one of our articles that helps provide some best practices with Air Link troubleshooting.
If you've done that already and are still noticing some issues with pairing. I suggest reaching out to @MetaQuestSupport through PM so they can help get you into wireless PCVR.
