I have referred a friend of mine to buy 2 apps, both of which he did but I never received either of my credits. My friend also referred me to a game and he has not received his. We are new to the VR world and plan to buy a ton more games, is this going to continue to be an issue?

First, the most common reason for missing credit claims. Referral credits are not provided to the referral sender until it has been 14 days since the app was purchased. Next, we would love to provide some general information and tips:
Referred apps have 7 days to be purchased before the app referral expires and must be sent again.
The app being referred must not currently be discounted, app referral discounts do not stack with any current discounts.
The referral sender must have purchased and already own the application.
The referral receiver must click the accept button after logging in to accept the referral.
Only one app referral per person can be activated for any given app.
App referral credits are provided 14 days after purchase.
