I'm not entirely sure that I understand you correctly, but I believe, you are talking about two different games.
Asgard's Wrath 2 and Asgard's Wrath.
You cannot install Asgard' Wrath 2 on pc, only on Quest.
You cannot install Asgard's Wrath on Quest, only on pc.
I assume you tried to install from phone app?
If you want to install Asgard's Wrath on pc, open the Oculus pc app, go to your library (or to the store in the pc app) find the game and klick install.
If you want to install Asgard's Wrath 2 on the Quest, put on your headset, go to your library, find the game and install.
Since this both are quite big games - pc-game about 142GB and Quest-game about 30 GB - the download will take some time. It depends on your internet how long this will take...for me it take houuuuurs🤣

We certainly don't want this to continue pulling you away from the virtual world, and are glad you brought that to our attention! @Choleni is absolutely correct, so we appreciate those steps as well! Asgard's Wrath 2 is available when your headset is in standalone mode only, and is not available on the PCVR platform. On the other hand, the original Asgard's Wrath 1 game is available only with PCVR, and can be downloaded to your PC. Once you activate your eligible Quest 3 headset, you will automatically begin receiving notifications in your Meta account email, in VR, and on your Meta Quest mobile phone app including a link to a special Asgard's Wrath 2 redemption page. Once redeemed, you can use @Choleni's steps to go to your app library in-VR to begin installing the game. In addition to that, Asgard’s Wrath 1 will automatically show up in your VR Library in the Oculus PC Gaming Software, and is ready to be installed from there.
