banged my head with my vr

i have a loft bed and i jumped causing me to bang my head and my oculus quest 2 to also bang against my bed  and now when i turn it on the controllers try and connect but cant and they just keep vibrating and inside of the vr when i try to look around its just a flat screen basiclly then it turns to black idk if its a sensor or camrea please help!!
