display port disconnecting

I start up the oculus and the main menu has nothing wrong with it. Then I go into a game, the white light near the lenses go's orange, the screen goes black and a notification pops up saying the display port has lost its connection.

I was trying to update my quest and then every time I boot it. It stays on a black screen and I can’t do anything. I have restarted it and done everything and it is still a black screen. What do I do?

Oculus quest 2 connecting and disconnecting to internet.

I'm out of ideas. I split my bands into 2 different connections, I factory reset the headset, I did the basic turn off and turn on for both the headset and router, and I can't spend 80 bucks on a wifi 6 router for it.
