Setting up meta 3s

I was setting up my new meta 3s headset that comes with batman arkhan shadows and then the screen just went black so I tried resetting it and now its stuck on Boot and factory reset menu

Hello, i purchased the new batman game and after purchase it doesn't even appear in my library to download. When searched game in the store the purchase button is just darken and won't let me select anything.
