when i play roblox on the vr, headset audio does not work. it works just fine when i play the metaquest games. any suggestions? thanks!

I've googled this so much.. so, I'm supposed to be able to close games by pressing meta-button on the right controller, right? It gives me opportunity to close in some, but not in most cases. Is there really no other way than shutting the whole thing...
