loving bobber bay, but i can't buy things from the store. the items are on the screen in the bait shop. i can click on them with the trigger and they will make a noise and highlight yellow, but the info and prices don't pop up. i can pull the trigger on the blank price box and it makes a casting noise and will fill up... but nothing happens. i have 12k coins from selling fish now.
i saw a post somewhere about switching sessions if you were seeing a lot of bugs, so i tried that. i swapped to other sessions, i tried a session by myself. nothing. went back to a regular one. there was another person buying so i watched the screen and prices showed up for them. so i could click and see prices then and it had my 12k coins up top... but it still would not let me buy anything.
tried looking all over the menus and game info inside the game. i would have thought there would be a place to send in a ticket or something, but i didn't see anything.
I'm having problems purchasing too..anything but bait. Everything else the bar will slowly fill like anything else but won't complete the purchase then the bar turns red. I've played the game every day for a while across a ton of sessions, same problem. Now it's also not counting my last challenge of catching the 1700+ fish, which I've done 3 times. Oh and I've been tearing the internet apart trying to get to the gator world but can't I guess because of the purchasing issues. I agree with you. Finding support/help has been an incredible struggle.
same. i can buy worms once or twice but then it stops. nothing else. i caught the shark the other day and it was 1778 or so and no achievement either. really want to get to the next zone. hopefully they fix it and add more. it is by far my favorite horizon world ^.^
I'm having the same prob. I can occasionally buy bait but nothing else. I can't even change the bait so squid or shrimp have the green arrow. I tried uninstalling bobber bay which also uninstalls world and reinstalling but that didn't work.
the exact same thing happens for me, i have over 12k but the warp hard sign is blank and when i try to buy a ticket it fills the bar yelLow but stops. prices don't show and when try to switch bait it does not work. i bought a new bucket but it doesn't show. very bugged, its sad bc. it my favoritegame
I am having the same issue. I can not by buckets, bobbers, or fishing rods. I have way over the amount of coins to purchase all the items. I believe it is a bug that needs to be fixed. Please fix this issue soon.
