Hi there,
I missed an update or three on the headset. Also moved so have a new wifi. The app will not recognize the headset since I have no way to reset the wifi address on it. I see a new pattern now to unlock the headset, which I never set up but it won't skip. I can't use the app to reset it because I can't reset the headset wifi until I can get through the pattern lock. Help! Stuck in a circle...

Heyo! The app isn't necessarily required in order to factory reset the headset.
You can also do so with the following steps:
Once that is finished, you should be all good to re-setup that headset to your account. 🙂
