No matter what payment method (even tried Quest Cash) I use, the same error pops up:
“Request not completed. We noticed something unusual and, for your security this request couldn't be completed.”
I first opened a support ticket on 26OCT2024 - case #07474811 - and despite MANY canned/generic emails from the support team between then and now, all of which offer false promise after false promise, the issue is still unresolved and I have absolutely not one iota more information than I did when I opened the ticket. PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION/HELP!!!
