I am trying to factory reset but the options is greyed out.

Hey there @squaretwin! It looks like you're facing some difficulty with factory resetting your device since the options are greyed out. Not to worry, we have an alternative solution for you. Follow these steps to perform a factory reset on your device using the mobile app. Please inform us if this method was successful for you!

 

  1. Open the Meta Quest app on your phone.
  2. Tap Devices in the bottom menu.
  3. Tap the headset connected to your phone.
  4. Tap Advanced Settings.
  5. Tap Factory Reset and then Reset.
